- # beds: 33 Total patient care rooms. 25 of these rooms are labeled '25' have cardiac monitors. Can be used for everything. They also have a triage area w/ 2 triage bays. The triage area is staffed with Midlevel's RNS or LVNS.
- Certs:: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Ratios: 1 to 4. They see an average of 210 patients
- EMR: Cerner experience preferred. Make sure to ask if they already have Cerner experience if so, was this recent They can comp test out of Cerner training.
- Charge Nurse: Charge nurse 24/7
- Nurse Aides: They use ER Techs that have either EMT, MA, or CNA experience to perform tech duties EKGs.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holidays: 2 out of 3 holidays
- Scrub Color: Navy blue. If you wear a scrub jacket it also must be navy. If you wear an undershirt underneath your scrub top it must be navy, white, or black.
- Tele: GE. Have central monitor station on both nurses stations

- Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Could be up to 5 Physicians 3 midlevel's at a time
- IV Team: No

- Shifts: Days 7a - 7:30p; Mids 11a-11:30p, 12p-12:30a, or 2p-2:30a; Nights 7p-7:30a.

- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Routine/typical ER patients; however they send out STEMIs, hemorrhagic strokes peds
- Additional Notes: They are Stroke Certified. This hospital is the base hospital for EMS. They do board patients when they have to. ER nurses will take ER holds. Must have strong, thorough documentation skills. This hospital follows EMTALA (Emergency Medical Treatment Labor Act). This is a federal law that requires them to stabilize treat anyone that comes to the ED, regardless of their insurance or ability to pay.
Cancellation Policy:Hospital may cancel up to 3 times per contract. Each cancellation could be a full shift or any part of a shift. (Hospital may also pay full hours for a particular shift, in lieu of cancellation).
