FLU:
o The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).
o If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical FLU exemption, it will be responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
