Call Requirements: On-Call requirements: Assigned with schedule in same ratio with staff Call is assigned 2-4 times per 4 week stretch...or two pay periods. It s not all at one time or one weekend as it s important to assure proper rest periods and avoid double time. The call varies, depending on the need, but it is generally three 8 hour shifts every 4 week schedule. Hours may be 0900/1000-1730/1830 on weekend days, or 2300-0730 on weeknights/weekend night
